CINNAMON: sprinkle it on for brain & body goodness

For a long while, we have known that Cinnamon makes french toast and oatmeal taste better AND that it can help with blood sugar stabilization. WARNING: cinnamon should be used in moderation as both types of cinnamon (Cassia and Ceylon) contain a toxic element called coumarin.
